All credit card
transactions are completed
through Paypal. The staff (singular) at antiticketdonut.com
will never see your credit card information and
all of your personal information submitted with
your order will never be sold or shared.
RETURNS
AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Great care goes into
the assembly of each Anti-Ticket Donut.
Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping and it is shipped
in a carefully packaged box.
With that being said...
Returned items will be replaced with the same, or similar item, you are
responsible for any shipping charges and returns must be authorized first, this
can be done by contacting the staff
at antiticketdonut.com. Additionally, returns will only be accepted if
the defect or damage was determined to be caused by us, no returns on books.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION
Orders received by
2:00 pm PST will usually be shipped
the same day. All orders are shipped by the United
States Postal Service with delivery confirmation,
Priority Mail is also available. Just select it during
Checkout! Contact us if you
have special shipping needs.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
Currently my PayPal
account is only configured to calculate shipping to Canada.
If you would like to order an item and you live somewhere other than the United
States or Canada, please contact me via e-mail and tell me what items you would
like to purchase. I will promptly calculate your order, along with
applicable shipping, and send you an invoice by PayPal. I'm sorry for the
inconvenience.
